Seduction. Vengeance. Hellfire. And, oh, yes: Comedy. Don Giovanni's genuine appreciation for the female sex keeps him from committing to any particular woman. As the ladies he seduces, then spurns, seek their revenge, Mozart's masterpiece amuses and astonishes with its playful and dramatic turns. Performances will be sung in Italian with English surtitles.

Tickets are on sale online 4 p.m. for Friday's and Saturday's performances, and noon for Sunday's performance. Remaining tickets are also on sale at the door starting one hour before each performance.

Steve Seifert will give an informative half-hour talk about Don Giovanni one hour before each performance in Loge 1. Mr. Seifert is Executive Director of the Newman Center for the Performing Arts and former Executive Director of Opera Colorado.

A Brown Bag Preview of the production will be held on Wednesday, March 10 at noon in the Music Theatre in the Imig Music Building. The preview provides an opportunity to join the cast for a glimpse of selections from Don Giovanni. The preview is free and open to the public.
