re-membering (2019)

With works choreographed by Taylor Madgett and Kshitija C. Saturdekar

MFA Dance candidates Taylor Madgett and Kshitija Saturdekar reverberate and rebound between rhythmic forms—including classical and contemporary Indian, modern, jazz, and urban styles and Hip-Hop—to physically interrogate the reclamation of Africanist inheritance and to upend the historical binaries of movement styles.
