New Parking Option for CU Presents Patrons

Grandview Parking Garage Now Open

We’re excited to announce a new, more convenient parking option for CU Presents audiences! The Grandview Parking Garage (CU Lot 296) is now open and offers 395 parking spaces, including 9 handicapped-accessible spots. This parking garage is located just off Broadway and University Avenue, next to the Limelight hotel (the garage entrance is located on Grandview Avenue).

This new garage is especially helpful for patrons attending performances at venues on the north side of campus, including Macky Auditorium, Department of Theatre & Dance venues and the Colorado Shakespeare Festival.

Gradview Parking Garage Tips for Concertgoers:

• Pay for a spot onsite: Use the ParkMobile app or pay station and enter your license plate number for quick and easy payment. Parking costs $2 per hour at all times.
• Garage Entrance: Access the garage via Grandview Avenue, just east of Broadway.
• Available Spaces: CU Boulder offers public parking on levels three through six. The first two levels and the basement of the Grandview Garage are reserved for Limelight hotel guests. 
• Walking Directions: From the garage, it’s a short walk southeast to Macky and other venues on the north side of campus. Follow posted signs or use Google Maps for pedestrian-friendly routes.
• Arrive Early: Give yourself extra time to park and walk, especially on busy performance nights.
• Accessibility: Handicapped spaces are available near the elevator for easy access to street level. Some handicapped spaces are also available closer to the venues.
