Jordan Coughtry*

JORDAN COUGHTRY* is terribly happy to be working at CSF for the first time. Some of his recent credits include Tony in Dial M for Murder (St. Louis Rep.), Feste in Twelfth Night (Illinois Shakespeare Festival) and Sir Hugh in Baskerville (Cape Playhouse). In Colorado, he’s worked at the DCPA Theatre Company (Christmas Carol) and Theatreworks (Red). His other credits include the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, Two River Theatre, Olney Theatre Center and the Royal Shakespeare Company. He has developed new work with Alec Duffy (Hoi Polloi) and Kirk Wood Bromley (InVerse) in New York. As an actor and songwriter, he has written and played music for productions at the Illinois Shakespeare Festival (5 seasons), the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey (9 seasons), Arkansas Shakespeare Theatre and the Pioneer Theatre. On television, he pops up in the Chicago universe now and then, and in a bunch of commercials. He teaches acting at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
