Anthony Powell°
ANTHONY POWELL began his professional career on a bus, touring as a performer with John Houseman’s The Acting Company. He served as associate artistic director with the DCPA Theatre Company for 18 seasons, during which he directed more than 25 productions including "Wit," "Love's Labour's Lost," "Macbeth," "The Dresser," "Hamlet," "Racing Demon" and Martin McDonagh’s Connemara Trilogy: "The Beauty Queen of Leenane," "A Skull in Connemara," and "The Lonesome West." More recently, he directed the Arvada Center's Black Box Repertory production of "The Moors." He is currently artistic director of Denver’s Stories on Stage.
