Franz Liszt, Sergei Rachmaninoff and Frédéric Chopin—all virtuoso pianists—are well-known for their poetic and technically challenging solo piano compositions. In this concert, we celebrate their artistry in song and duo compositions. Margaret McDonald is joined by her College of Music friends in a program of songs by Liszt and Rachmaninoff and culminating with Chopin's Sonata for Cello and Piano.
