Collaborative pianist Suyeon Kim and her wonderful friends share three beautiful pieces of music on a mid-autumn's evening. This recital begins with Francis Poulenc's incredible yet melancholy Violin Sonata. Next, journey through Antonín Dvořák's "Gypsy Songs," including “Songs My Mother Taught Me," whose haunting melody has made it among the most popular in the set. The concert closes with Johannes Brahms’ epic Piano Quartet in G minor. In four movements, the work concludes with the exciting Rondo alla Zingarese.
