Boulder's beloved holiday tradition.
Delight in the twinkling lights, seasonal greenery and beautiful music at CU Boulder’s Holiday Festival, an annual tradition that’s enchanting for all ages. The decades-old celebration brings together student choirs, bands and orchestras—along with world-class faculty performers—for a concert of holiday favorites and new surprises.

Dear Friends,
Since its founding in 1920, the University
of Colorado Boulder College of Music has established itself as one of the top university music programs in the United States. Our
mission of inspiring artistry and discovery, together, has led to innovative professionally oriented experiences—bene tting every student
in the college—while complementing our core educational programs. Examples range from last year’s very successful multiday residency with members of The Cleveland Orchestra to the recent CU at Carnegie Hall Student Showcase Concert.
As we look to the next year, this moment nds
us moving forward with our plans for a major expansion of the Imig Music Building. Approved by the CU Board of Regents last June, the addition
to the south end of the building, which is slated to begin this January and is projected to be completed in 2020, will provide new state-of-the-art rehearsal spaces, classrooms and practice rooms. While much of the project’s cost is being generously supported by the CU Boulder campus, the College of Music still has work to do! To help us get there,
the campus will match every dollar we raise toward the Imig expansion—up to $1.6 million—until Dec. 31, 2018. You can learn more about this project by visiting colorado.edu/music/expansion.
