This Faculty Tuesdays concert is a journey showing the emotional and expressive range of the oboe. From a baroque trio sonata to a spiritual by Samual Coleridge Taylor arranged for oboe and piano, to a world premiere by Boulder composer Bill Douglas with the composer playing the piano, this recital features oboist Peter Cooper with his CU Boulder colleagues Hsiao-Ling Lin, piano, and Christina Jennings, flute.
Renowned CU Boulder College of Music faculty artists perform with students and colleagues in chamber music recitals featuring world premieres and beloved classics. Free most Tuesdays August through March.
