Brendan Kinsella presents a recital for speaking pianist. Piano works by Robert Schumann, Frederic Rzewski, Gao Ping, Kurt Schwitters and Kinsella himself are complemented by the speaking voice. Hailed for his mastery of this rare art, Kinsella's performances are engaging, funny, deeply touching and virtuosic.

The CU Boulder College of Music welcomes professional musicians from around the world in its series of guest artist recitals.
