Oboes and bassoons have been favorite wind instruments of composers since 1600. Join Senior Instructor of Oboe Peter Cooper and guest bassoonist Billy Short of the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra for a concert featuring virtuosic masterworks from the baroque to the modern era. This captivating program highlights the delightfully rich and brilliant sounds of double reed instruments in solo and chamber settings.
