Ari Sharfstein

Ari Sharfstein is a second year master's student at CU Boulder and a music leader in the Boulder Jewish community. After graduating magna cum laude with bachelor's degrees in voice and philosophy from the University of Florida, Ari spent several months as the artist in residence with the Cape Town Progressive Jewish Congregation in Cape Town, South Africa. After his stint in South Africa, Ari spent a year working as a music teacher and musician at Temple Beth Israel in Melbourne, Australia, before returning to the United States to pursue his master's degree in music education. Ari currently teaches and leads music with Congregation Nevei Kodesh and Adventure Judaism, both based in Boulder.
