Alice Del Simone

ALICE DEL SIMONE (Poppea), a California-born soprano, is a first-year master’s student at the University of Colorado Boulder studying with Andrew Garland. She received a BA in vocal performance and BS in plant science from the University of California, Davis. Del Simone enjoys performing varied repertoire including Cis in "Albert Herring" at the Miami Summer Music Festival, in the ensemble in "Dead Man Walking" with Opera Parallèle, and most recently, appearances as a soloist under Esa-Pekka Salonen with Philharmonia Orchestra, the UC Berkeley Chamber Chorus, and Volti, and with San Francisco Ballet. She also maintains a private voice studio.
