Savannah Scott

SAVANNAH SCOTT is a first year master's student from the studio of John Seesholtz. Scott holds a BM from Louisiana State University where she graduated summa cum laude and University Medalist. At LSU, she premiered the role of Holocaust Survivor Krystyna Zywulska in the collegiate premiere of Jake Heggie’s "Out of Darkness: Two Remain" which won The American Prize third place for Opera Production—College/University Division for 2021. Other engagements at LSU include La Ciesca in "Gianni Schicchi," Yvonne in "Sunday in the Park with George," "Les Mamelles de Tirésias," "Eugene Onegin" and "Falstaff." Scott has appeared in multiple productions with Opera Louisiane including Manuelita in "Carmen," Isabel in "Pirates of Penzance," "Ulysses: An American Mythology," "H.M.S. Pinafore," "Madama Butterfly" and "Die Fledermaus."
