Ekstrand Memorial Graduate Student Competition

CU Boulder's top College of Music graduate students compete for a monetary grand prize in the Bruce Ekstrand Memorial Graduate Student Performance Competition, named for former Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Bruce Ekstrand.

This year's esteemed panel of judges are Pamela Pantos, President and CEO of Central City Opera; Jason Shafer, principal clarinet of the Colorado Symphony; and pianist Keith Ward, Professor of Music and Director of the Lamont School of Music.
