An exploration of the human embodied experience, featuring music by the composer Joan Szymko and guest conductor Liza Calisesi Maidens, PhD.
CU Boulder Festival Chorus: This auditioned mixed voice choir consists of 50+ singers comprising music majors, non-music majors and community members. The Festival Chorus performs with CU choral concerts, the CU Symphony Orchestra, the CU Wind Symphony and the Boulder Philharmonic, and participates in the CU Holiday Festival. Music is selected from all historical style periods emphasizing choral masterworks with instrumental forces.
CU Boulder Treble Chorus: This auditioned collaborative ensemble is devoted to the study and performance of wide-ranging, voice-specific repertoire.
From orchestras, bands and choirs to jazz, world music and opera to world-class faculty and guest performances, the CU Boulder College of Music brings hundreds of stunning performances to Boulder audiences throughout the academic year.
