This concert features Graduate Honors Division Competition Winner Rinat Erlichman who will perform Jean Sibelius' rhapsodic Violin Concerto in D minor. The concert begins with Jessie Montgomery’s explosive “Starburst” for string orchestra and concludes with Ottorino Respighi’s masterful tone poem, “Feste Romane” (Roman Festivals).
