Faculty Tuesdays

With 31 years of wonderful memories of teaching and performing at CU Boulder, vocal coach-pianist Mutsumi Moteki will retire in May. In gratitude to her students, colleagues, friends and community members, Moteki's last Faculty Tuesdays recital will feature several CU Boulder-connected composers who created beautiful and engaging art songs: Robert Spillman, Alex Craig, Hubert Bird and David Kirtley. Please join us in sharing an evening of these emotionally transformative art songs performed by College of Music voice faculty and friends!

This event will feature Mutsumi Moteki, piano; Jennifer Bird-Arvidsson, soprano; Abigail Nims, mezzo-soprano; Miguel Ángel Ortega Bañales, tenor; Szilvia Schranz, soprano; and Andrea Kloehn, flute.

Renowned CU Boulder College of Music faculty artists perform with students and colleagues in chamber music recitals featuring world premieres and beloved classics. Join us for this free series in person at Grusin Music Hall or via livestream most Tuesdays August through March.
