Picnicking

90 minutes before showtime, our grounds come alive with picnickers. For the Colorado Shakespeare Festival’s 2026 Season, bring your dinner with you to the Norlin Quad, open for picnicking with friends and family. We’ll have light refreshments for sale onsite in the Hellems Arts & Sciences building surrounding the Mary Rippon Outdoor Theatre and Roe Green Theatre (Indoors) lobby, and we encourage you to bring your own pre-show picnic to enjoy on the surrounding lawns, or stop by one of the many small businesses in the area that support the festival.

On some evenings we offer pop-up Green Shows, featuring free entertainment out on the lawn.
