Using your tickets

Skip the will call line by displaying your tickets on your mobile device or printing them at home! Simply choose “mobile ticket” when ordering.

Please note: CU Presents will provide instructions and access to ticketed virtual performances via email. In order to watch or listen to the event, all ticket holders must have a CU Presents account.

Mobile tickets

Choose “mobile ticket” to get an email with ticket QR codes 72 hours before your event. Show these codes on your mobile device at the theatre entrance. You can also print them or add them to your Google or Apple Wallet.

Or, find your QR codes in your cupresents.org account starting two hours before the event. Log in, then access your ticket codes in the “Upcoming Events” area.

Will call tickets

When you select the “will call” option, we’ll print your tickets for you. You can pick them up at the venue’s box office in the hour prior to showtime. Present your tickets at the entrance to the theatre for scanning.

Postal mail tickets

When you select the “mail” option, your tickets will be printed and mailed approximately one business day after purchase. Tickets can take up to one week to arrive by mail, so mail delivery may not be an option as performance dates approach.
