Ramps and wheelchair access providedWheelchair access

The Music Theatre is located in the lower northeast corner of the Imig Music Building. For easiest access to the Music Theatre, patrons with limited mobility should enter at the building's north entrance off 18th Street, just south of the Environmental Design building.

There are two designated seating areas for wheelchair users in the Music Theatre. They are: Right Section, Row A, Seats 2 & 5 (two spaces) and Left Section, Row A, Seats 2 & 5 (two spaces) for a total of four spaces. Aisle seating is also available for patrons with limited mobility. We regret that none of the aisle seats in the Music Theatre have removable armrests. The seats must be removed to accommodate wheelchairs and so advance notice (by calling 303-492-8008) is recommended. If advance notice is not possible, the stage manager or house manager will remove seats upon request.

Service dogs allowedService dogs

Subject to some limitations, service animals that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability may accompany patrons in all CU Presents venues.

Assistance animals (therapy animals, emotional support, or comfort animals) are generally not allowed to accompany patrons into our venues.

Please refer to the CU Boulder service animals policy for more detailed guidelines about service animals on campus.
