“… a fizzing, daring display of personality and imagination.” —The New York Times
Early music band Ruckus and violinist Keir GoGwilt celebrate the legacy of Niel Gow—one of Scotland’s most beloved 18th-century musicians—in this dynamic folk-Baroque feast of dance music. Weaving together jubilant, hard-driving and nostalgic tunes into large-scale dramatic forms, Ruckus and GoGwilt bring the centuries-old tradition of blending folk and art music into the present day.
For more than 85 years, the Artist Series has brought the globe's finest jazz, classical, world music and dance performers to Boulder. Many of these performances sell out; order your tickets today to guarantee the best seats.
