Event Ticket Terms and Conditions
University of Colorado Boulder
By purchasing, accepting, or using this ticket and/or entering a CU Presents venue, the ticket holder agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Assumption of Risk
Attendance at events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with crowds, slips and falls, event equipment and other hazards that may arise in public venues. Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance at the event.
Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ticket holders agree to release and hold harmless The Regents of the University of Colorado, CU Presents and its affiliate partner organizations, event promoters, performers, sponsors, contractors and their respective officers, employees, and agents from claims arising from personal injury, illness, property loss or damages occurring in connection with attendance at the event, except as prohibited by applicable law.

All tickets must be purchased through CU Presents. Cupresents.org is the official online ticketing platform for CU Presents. Tickets purchased from other sources may be lost or stolen and, in such cases, will not be honored. Any person buying tickets from other sources does so at his/her own risk. Ticket purchasers represent that they are not purchasing these tickets with the primary intent to resell. If it is determined that tickets have been purchased with the primary intent to resell and/or violate our ticket policies, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel the tickets without notice,
- Deny entry to the event, and
- Retain all associated fees, including non-refundable service fees.
Compliance with Venue Rules
All attendees must comply with venue policies, posted signage, and instructions from event staff and public safety personnel. All patrons must present a ticket to attend regardless of age. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Event Changes and Refunds
Events, seating arrangements, performance times, and program content are subject to change without notice. Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is canceled and refunds are authorized by the event organizer.
Security and Entry Conditions
Entry may be subject to security screening. Certain items may be prohibited inside the venue. The University reserves the right to deny admission or remove individuals whose conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive. Admission to this event is conditioned on the Patron's agreement not to bring any weapon or firearm, including handguns carried in accordance with the Colorado Concealed Carry Act 18-12-201, et. seq., C.R.S., into the event.
Late seating in any venue is not guaranteed and is subject to the discretion of house management.
Photography and Recording
Events may be recorded or photographed. By attending, ticket holders consent to the use of their likeness in promotional or archival materials without compensation.
Accessibility and Safety
Guests requiring accessibility accommodations are encouraged to contact CU Presents in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.
