Digital Tickets

Purchased digital delivery tickets? We're putting the finishing touches on our new digital ticket experience at mytickets.cupresents.org, and they'll appear in your account shortly. Your tickets are secure and thank you for your patience!

Digital tickets are the easiest way to access your CU Presents tickets and enter the venue. The process only takes a minute, and our Box Office team is happy to help if you have questions.

What to Expect

The first time you access your tickets, you’ll sign in to mytickets.cupresents.org using either:

  • A six-digit access code that can be sent to your email, or
  • Your existing tickets.cupresents.org password.

After that, you’ll find your tickets under My Events.

Tip: Select Stay Logged In to make future access even easier.

Access Your Tickets

  1. Select View Tickets from your ticket email or visit mytickets.cupresents.org.
  2. Sign in using your email and either an access code or your existing password.
  3. Open your event from My Events.
  4. Save your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet if you'd like.

Share Tickets (Optional)

If members of your party are arriving separately, you can securely share individual tickets before your performance.

If you're arriving together, one person can present all of the tickets on a single device.

Before You Leave Home

  • Open your tickets before arriving.
  • Turn up your screen brightness.
  • Present the live ticket for scanning.

Please do not print or screenshot your ticket, it will not work.

Frequently Asked Questions

No problem! Just select either "Hold at Will Call" or "Mail" as your delivery method when purchasing tickets. We’re also happy to print you a paper ticket at the box office when you arrive at the performance if you wish.

Yes! Once you’ve logged in to access your digital tickets you’ll have the option to store them in your Apple or Google Wallet for your convenience.

Yes, you can share tickets with other people in your group from within the digital ticketing area. Or, if you’re arriving together, one person can also present all of the tickets for scanning.

No. Please present the live digital ticket at the door for scanning. Screenshots or printed copies will no longer work.

No, digital tickets don't require downloading an app!
