Using Your Digital Tickets

Digital tickets are the easiest way to access your CU Presents tickets and enter the venue. The process only takes a minute, and our Box Office team is happy to help if you have questions.

No app is required! You can access your tickets using the email address you used to purchase them and save them to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet for quick access on performance day.

If you prefer not to use digital tickets, you may choose Will Call when purchasing tickets and pick them at the box office or contact the CU Presents Box Office for assistance.

What to Expect

The first time you access your tickets, you’ll sign in using either:

  • A six-digit access code sent to your email, or
  • Your existing tickets.cupresents.org password.

After that, you’ll find your tickets under My Events.

Tip: Select Stay Logged In to make future access even easier.
