Asaru Buffalo

ASARU BUFFALO is an actor and teaching artist from South Carolina. His most recent role was Reverend Hale in Arthur Miller’s The Crucible at Trustus Theatre. He fell in love with taking audiences on adventures in 2015 and never considered stopping. Over the next decade, he dedicated himself to exploring connection in shared moments. His training includes Linklater voice work, the Alexander Technique and Moment Work through Tectonic Theatre Project. Theatre is more than art, it is ritual. The act of trying to change someone’s heart is a process that can be extremely beautiful, or even frightening, but always human.
