Jesse Manno

Jesse Manno is Music Director of the University of Colorado, Boulder Dance Program and co-founder/director of the rocky mountain region’s busiest Balkan/Middle Eastern ensemble SHEREFE. He has created over 200 commissioned original scores for dance, theatre, film, and special events, both nationally and internationally, and has received three Meet The Composer grants from the N.E.A., performing at BAM Next Wave Festival, and many other venues. He began his association with CU in 1984.
