Sarah Bassinger

Sarah Bassinger has worked as an educator for the past decade. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts from the University of
North Texas, where she gained experience on and offstage as a performer and Assistant Director on multiple shows. After four years teaching at the high school level, she left to pursue a master’s degree at the University of Edinburgh in Theatre and Performance Studies. Upon returning, she was selected as a Fitzpatrick intern and was consequently hired in the Alley Theatre Education Department (Houston, TX). There, she managed a K-8 arts-integration program and piloted a professional development intensive for classroom teachers. She is excited to be a part of this wonderful production!
