  • Presented by: Colorado Shakespeare Festival
  • Intermission: None

Book Club is back! The Bard's Book Club will meet once a month (on Zoom), January-May, to discuss each of the five plays in the Colorado Shakespeare Festival 2022 season. Conversations will be guided by CSF staff. Experience the joy of discovering and discussing the characters, language, plot complications, and modern interpretations of Shakespeare (and non-Shakespeare) plays with fellow CSF fans. Space is limited, register today! Ages 18+.

Class meets monthly, on Wednesday evenings, 6:00-8:00 pm (MST), on Zoom.

January 19: "The Two Gentlemen of Verona"
February 16: "All's Well That Ends Well"
March 9: "The Alchemist"
April 6: "Coriolanus"
May 4: "The Book of Will"

5-play package registration open now! (Limited drop-in registration will open in January 2022)

Please note participants are responsible for acquiring their own copies of the plays. For Shakespeare titles, CSF recommends Arden Shakespeare (The Two Gentlemen of Verona, All's Well, and Coriolanus), though any edition you have on hand is fine. Lauren Gunderson's "The Book of Will" is available through Dramatists Play Service as a paperback or ebook. Ben Jonson's "The Alchemist" is available in several editions (we like the notes and questions in this one from Cambridge).
