Graduate String Quartet

The Ivalas Quartet presents its final recital as CU Boulder’s Graduate String Quartet in Residence. With works by George Walker, Jessie Montgomery and Antonín Dvorák, Ivalas will explore the roots and origins of sounds that shaped the legacy of today’s music. The Graduate String Quartet Program at the College of Music enables one string quartet to work intensively with members of the renowned Takács Quartet and other string faculty.

From orchestras, bands and choirs to jazz, world music and opera to world-class faculty and guest performances, the CU Boulder College of Music brings hundreds of stunning performances to Boulder audiences throughout the academic year.
