CU Boulder SoundWorks is thrilled to present its October concert featuring the Koa String Quartet—the College of Music's new graduate quartet in residence—who will premiere a new string quartet by student composer Josie Arnett.
CU Boulder SoundWorks (formerly Pendulum New Music) is a concert series and forum for the creation and performance of new and original works by CU Boulder College of Music composers, songwriters, improvisers and collaborators. Every concert features multiple world premieres by living composers and creators. Each event is eclectic and can feature anything from acoustic chamber ensembles to immersive electroacoustic works and film scores, performed by CU’s own students as well as internationally renowned guests.
