A Midsummer Night's Dream

By William Shakespeare

A Midsummer Night's Dream

"Sound, music!—Come, my queen, take hands with me,
And rock the ground whereon these sleepers be."

Lift your spirits with a summer-long party! In this glam run of Shakespeare’s electric comedy, the paths of four young lovers, some feuding fairies, a mischievous sprite and a troupe of bumbling actors collide. Join them in the forest as enchanting and peculiar schemes unfold across one unforgettable midsummer night.

Since 1958, the Colorado Shakespeare Festival has delighted audiences with professional theatre on the CU Boulder campus. Complete your Colorado summer with Shakespeare under the stars in the historic Mary Rippon Outdoor Theatre—complimentary seatbacks included.
