Champions of American song—baritone Andrew Garland and pianist Jeremy Reger—present an evening of new songs about war, home, love, loss and hope. The program includes two new powerful cycles including "Foursquare Cathedral" along with songs by Steven Mark Kohn, Gabriela Lena Frank and selections from "Songs of Travel" by Ralph Vaughan Williams.
