Faculty Tuesdays: Romantic Tales for Violin, Cello and Piano

Join College of Music faculty Alex Gonzalez, David Requiro and David Korevaar for an evening of Romantic storytelling including Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s Ballade for violin and piano, Op. 71; Leoš Janáček’s "Pohádka" (Fairy Tale) for cello and piano; and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky’s monumental achievement of elegiac lyricism, the Trio in A minor for violin, cello and piano.

Renowned CU Boulder College of Music faculty artists perform with students and colleagues in chamber music recitals featuring world premieres and beloved classics. Join us for this free series in person at Grusin Music Hall or via livestream most Tuesdays August through March.
