Amanda Giguere
AMANDA GIGUERE joined CSF in 2004 as a graduate student and became a full-time staff member in 2011. She received her MA and PhD in theatre history and criticism from the University of Colorado Boulder and has taught theatre courses at CU Boulder and the University of Northern Colorado. She regularly teaches in CU’s Applied Shakespeare certificate program, and serves as a dramaturg for Colorado Shakespeare Festival mainstage season. Dr. Giguere's research and work in developing CSF's Shakespeare & Violence Prevention has been nationally recognized. Her publications include The Plays of Yasmina Reza on the English and American Stage, Cyrano de Bergerac: An Abridged Play for Young Audiences, and a forthcoming manuscript, Shakespeare & Violence Prevention: A Handbook for Educators.
